The first Grinding machine with Fanuc control system in the USA

Being content with what we have has never been our style. On the contrary, we always try to respond flexibly to any suggestion for improvement from our customers. If, of course, he has a head and a heel. And even though we have a super functional, highly reliable, intuitive system from Siemens, customers in the US market simply wanted Fanuc. And so, after years of constant improvement of Siemens, which couldn’t be more perfect 😊, we decided to meet them.

Due to the requirements of American customers – a simple machine with Fanuc, which can easily handle longitudinal grinding and plunge-cut grinding, we chose the version of the Fanuc 0i-TF control system. Programming is very simple and clear. The operator can choose from longitudinal grinding, plunge-cut grinding and grinding wheel dressing cycles including global correction. A clear visualization opens for each cycle and parameter entry, as our customers are already used to. Grinding is possible both in manual and automatic cycle. The operator’s panel has a clear touch screen and standard buttons for grinding needs, including a hand wheel. It goes without saying that remote diagnostics cannot be missing from any of our grinding machines. By combining Fanuc with components such as Heidenhain precision linear scales, KSK ball screws and hand scraping, a high-precision grinder BUC E 63/3000 CNC was once again created, which will easily satisfy the requirements of even the most demanding customers.

We are confident that with Fanuc on our grinders, the US market will open up even more for us and there will be more American customers for our Cylindrical Grinding machines equipped with Fanuc control system.
